By using MedScriptAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

MedScriptAI is an AI-powered learning platform for MBBS students, offering AI Tutor, Clinical Cases, Clinical Reasoning, AI Viva, Smart MCQs, and Image Interpretation across 19 MBBS subjects.

2. Eligibility

MedScriptAI is designed for MBBS students and medical professionals. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including your medical college and MBBS year.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You may register a maximum of 2 devices per account
  • Only 1 active session is allowed at a time
  • If a third device logs in, you must remove an existing device
  • If another login occurs, the previous active session is automatically terminated
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. AI Limitations

MedScriptAI uses AI technology (Google Gemini) that has inherent limitations. AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses should supplement, not replace, standard medical textbooks
  • AI responses should not replace professional medical advice or faculty guidance
  • You must always verify critical information with authoritative sources
  • MedScriptAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the platform only for educational purposes
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or feature restrictions
  • Do not upload copyrighted images you do not have rights to
  • Do not use the platform to generate harmful or misleading medical content

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Top-ups add usage but do not unlock locked features
  • Image Interpretation is available only on Pro and Universal plans
  • Prices may change with notice

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

MedScriptAI and its content are owned by MedScriptAI. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

MedScriptAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
